Main Responsibilities:
• Lead NVH system requirement development during system engineering phase
• Lead the formulation and decomposition of NVH performance goals for Edrive systems,
• Lead NVH design from Edrive system to component level as well as NVH development supports.
• Lead the NVH analysis of integrated electric drive assemblies by considering sub-system impact such as e-motors, reducers micro-parameter shaping/tolerances, and motor controller.
• Support diagnosing and locating NVH issues in the electric drive assembly, propose relevant improvement suggestions, optimize and verify until the design requirements are met
• Support patent generation of system NVH design for Edrive systems
• Support project acquisition with business development teams
• Presentation of technical documentations and reports to internal and external customers
• Processing of test data and correlation of simulation results with test result if available
Qualification:
Location: Shanghai
• Graduated from a major in Mechanical, Vehicle, Automotive Engineering or related fields, with a master's degree or above and at least 6 years of relevant work experience.
• Having a deep understanding of the NVH mechanisms of motor electromagnetism, torque fluctuations, gear transmission micro-parameter shaping with tolerance impact, and time-varying stiffness of bearings.
• Deep knowledge of NVH specifications of the electric drive assembly and the bench, able to subdivide NVH target into detailed internal control design requirements for each component.
• Proficient in simulation software such as ROMAX, ANSYS/ABAQUS, etc.
• Be familiar with the complete simulation modeling capability of Multiphysics simulation from components to electric drive system.
• Be able to identify NVH problems such as electromagnetism and noise, using theoretical, experimental, and simulation methods to study the causes and influencing factors of problems, and propose improvement plans, establishing design guidelines.
• Understand LMS Test.Lab software for vibration, acoustics, and modal testing, proficient in signal analysis methods.
• Excellent team spirit and sense of teamwork
• Be able to travel to a certain extent
• Fluency in English is preferred
