Key Accountabilities：

Reward

Manage the annual market survey data process of benchmarking position to external surveys, as well as provide the internal salary benchmark that align with compensation grade.
Support on annual budget planning, budget forecast and staff cost tracking.
Lead on annual merit increase review and bonus distribution.
Support on commission scheme revamp and key special projects.

Benefit:

Lead Mainland annual medical insurance review.
Research market trends and apply those findings to ensure compensation and benefit schemes to address the organization’s ability to attract, retain and engage employees.

Reporting:

In charge of the ML HR dashboard in terms of hiring, training, performance management and etc.
Manage the Masterfile of ML staff data with accuracy including compensation, levels, titles, bonus and etc.
Administrator of HR data of HRIS with regular update in a timely manner.
Promote proactive approaches in data analysis to meet business needs and conduct feasibility study for new project.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above
Minimum of 6+ years C&B experiences in big scale multi-national companies.
Good knowledge of human resources information system.
Hands-on experience in HR operational activities with detail-oriented mindset
Internal motivator with the spirit of driving for excellence
Strong customer focus spirit, team player
Excellent communications skills in English and Chinese, written and oral
Excellent office software skills in excel and PPT
