Job Responsibilities
职位描述
Responsible for the pre-sales work of the company's compressor products:
负责公司压缩机产品序列的售前工作:
1.Support in bidding preparation,play the necessary role in sales activities.
支持招投标工作,在销售工作中承担必要职责。
2.Review of Technical Proposal’s requirements as per the Invitation to Bid Documents and related contract specifications, drawing, etc and translating customer-received requirements into a value technically executable design, optimized for efficiency. reliability and maintainability.
根据招标文件和相关合同规格,将收到的客户要求转化为有价值的技术可执行设计,优化效率、可靠性和可维护性。
3.Identify specific customer and client needs and preferences related to application.
识别客户/需求以及其相关的产品偏好,与客户进行技术澄清交流。
4.Liaise with Sales department to identify technical requirements and develop timely solutions while conducting price/technical negotiations.
牵头确定技术要求并及时制定解决方案,进行价格/技术谈判。
5.Lead Technical Proposal discussions during proposal kick off and scope-review meetings with client/partner and other internal functions.
组织提案启动和范围审查会议,带领客户/合作方/内部团队一起进行技术方案的讨论。
6.Responsible for project cost calculation. Maintain selection sizing tools and technical standards with most updated information in order to secure accurate calculation.
负责项目成本计算,运用最新信息维护选型工具和技术标准,确保计算准确性。
7.Work with suppliers and procurement for collects proposals for common duties such as motors, pressure vessels, etc., update and extend cost database .
与供应商和采购部门合作,收集常用部件的报价,持续更新和扩展成本数据库。
8.Connect with customer to analyse user experience and gain constructive feedback.
与客户沟通,分析其用户体验并获得建设性反馈。
9.Carrying out such additional duties as may become necessary from time to time to ensure the smooth running of the sales operation.
必要时履行附加职责,以确保销售业务的顺利进行。
10.Follow up project execution and equipment production progress.
跟踪项目后期执行及设备生产进度。

Qualifications任职资格
Education: University educated, Majored in technical/mechanical engineering.
大学本科或以上,技术/机械工程相关专业。
Work Experience: Over 3 years of rotating equipment(conpressor is preferred) business experience in proposal & development, sales and marketing experience as a plus.
3年以上动设备业务的售前或业务开发经验(压缩机经验优先),有销售或市场营销经验尤佳。
Capability: Having relevant engineering or development experience, possessing knowledge of software and coding skills specific to job,sales and marketing experience as a plus; Work with operation (including external locations) to establish best lead time / delivery date.
具备相关的工程或业务开发经验,熟悉工作所需的知识和技能,能与执行部门(包括外部)合作,以建立合理交付日期。

Language: Proficient in speaking, writing and reading English and Chinese.
中英文听说读写熟练,口语为必要条件。
IT: skilled in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and 2D Autocad.
