【Main Responsibilities】:

Drive eCommerce revenue with best-in-class commercial execution:
• Deliver your quarterly business. You are on top of KPIs, understand how your category is trending and can articulate what interventions are needed.
• Translate annual category strategies into a plan to deliver fiscal year targets, accounting for regional and local specificities. Develop & execute promotional offers and local activations in the market.
• Secure the competitiveness of ************** and WeChat Mini-Program vs other channels (monitoring & response)
• Define promo and marketing investment plans in collaboration with the regional marketing and digital leads as well as local and global stakeholders. Build a monthly view measuring the ROI of demand generation activities.
• Maintain a view on portfolio profitability and optimize the mix to contribute to overall targets.
• Partner with the ecommerce operation service provider and their Analytics team to continuously monitor & optimize performance. Analyze a broad range of eCommerce data to generate insights on key trends and opportunities. Leverage benchmarking to identify underdeveloped segments or markets.
• Immerse yourself in website consumer experience, and actively contribute to ongoing improvement discussions.
• Support business excellence via diversified solutions to engage eCommerce sales process, including sales result follow up, pre-sales & after sales service & new business monitoring. Such as system, eCommerce platforms, and consumer buying behavior analysis system, etc.

Partner with Global digital and Category Managers to define quarterly plans & priorities:
• Manage in-quarter category demand plan forecast and outlook.
• Help maximize the success of strategic product launches. Lead post-mortem analysis and equip key stakeholders with the results.
• Secure availability and remedy inventory issues in partnership with the Operations team.
• Manage/coordinate the activities of after sales service with and via internal supporting functions (CS, Quality, Legal, etc.) and service provider’s CS team.

Liaise with specialist teams across the organization:
• Be the point of contact for DTC-related requests in your assigned region & category.
• Articulate merchandising needs to the Operation and ICT teams (new modules, functionalities, etc.).
• Proactively identify challenges and opportunities to simplify or accelerate.

【Key Qualifications】:
• Ideal candidate will have managed a CNY20M+ Category Business
• Bachelor’s degree or above in eCommerce, Marketing, Digital or a related field
• 5-10 years of exceptional experience with international luxury, automotive, sport or FMCG companies in their DTC eCommerce area.
• Very strong commercial acumen and results-driven approach
• Confident, autonomous & proactive self-starter with a hands-on attitude
• High degree of corporate maturity
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• At ease in multicultural, multifunctional and matrix environments.
• Fluent in English, other languages are a plus.
