整车架构设计开发&功能方案
Overall architecture design and development
岗位职责：
• 负责整车服务导向架构（SOA）的设计工作，确保架构设计满足当前及未来汽车产品的需求；
• 撰写技术文档，如SOA架构策略、SOA服务设计指南等；
• 参与架构决策，审查功能架构设计方案，并确保各子系统能够无缝集成和协同工作；
• 协助功能架构和软件开发团队在产品开发和项目实施中落实架构原则和标准；
• 配合项目管理人员，评估项目进度和风险，提供专业支持和解决方案；
• 提升团队的架构设计能力，培训和指导团队成员，确保设计质量和一致性；
• 协作开发新一代电子电气架构，关注SOA架构相关新技术的预研。
任职资格：
• 本科及以上学历，自动化、车辆工程（汽车电子）等相关专业；
• 10年以上整车电子电气架构或者车身控制子系统设计开发相关工作经验，其中有过1到2个整车SOA架构开发经历；
• 精通服务导向架构的设计原则，对汽车通信协议（如CAN, LIN, Ethernet）有深入了解；
• 熟练掌握电气系统分析、建模和仿真工具，如Matlab/Simulink, PREEvision等；
• 拥有良好的问题分析和解决能力，能迅速定位并处理涉及架构的技术难题；
• 拥有较强的组织、沟通与协作能力，能适应多文化和跨地域合作环境。
