我的客户是一家港股上市的医疗器械公司，目前公司有产品进入商业化销售阶段。
工作内容
1 密切关注资本市场动态、跟踪政策、行业及公司发展状况，协助收集并整理公司业务数据及同行业务动态、财务业绩、与公司有关的政策变化和行业趋势，并定期做出比较和分析报告，收集资本运作可行的方式和案例。
2 监测市场媒体舆论，分析公司媒体文章，提交分析报告；撰写公司新闻通稿；负责筹备媒体接待会等工作；与财经媒体、财经公关建立长期联系；财经媒体资料管理。
3 协助负责公司投资者关系的开发及维护，与投资者、券商、投行、分析师、基金经理等进行良好沟通，维护公司资本市场形象；负责做好投资者的来电、来函回复和实地调研的接待工作；负责筹备投资者接待会等工作；负责投资者关系资料的管理，建立投资者关系管理档案。
4 做好投资者信息整理分析，跟踪公司发展战略、经营状况、行业动态及监管法规，收集整理投资者、媒体、分析师关注的问题和反馈的信息，做好投资者数据库更新分类。
5 与绩发布活动和业绩交流活动，参加路演、反路演、策略会、交流会，保持与投资者持续沟通。

理想的求职者
1 学历：本科及以上学历，财务类、管理类、经济类、法学类、新闻类等相关专业。
2 经验：具有投资者关系、VC/PE、上市公司等相关经验2年以上经验；在生物医疗行业有相关行业经验更佳，港股或美股上市公司经验，海外投行也可。
3 能力：对资本市场的运作机制、财务分析、资本运作相关法律法规有较深了解，了解上市公司信披事项，了解一级半（发行）、二级市场模式，知晓上市公司规范运作模式和市值管理过程，熟悉二级市场买卖方，具备媒体对接经验。
4 技能：熟练掌握财务知识和金融市场知识, Excel、ppt等office技能; 英文能作为工作语言
