Based on Client’s EHS standard, JLL EHS requirement and local regulation to organize and develop site EHS programs, safe operation procedures, SOP and emergency plans and training Lead and Conduct site employee EHS trainings, conduct emergency drills. Lead and organize site safety inspection , eliminating safety hazards and push to correct findings Stop unsafe act, maintain continuous improvement in EHS. Encourage all JLL employee and subcontractor’s worker to conduct good catch and promote safe behavior and safe condition Monitor all JLL subcontractors’ work are compliant with client and JLL requirement, such as WPV, RBA and CoC Participate in EHS incident investigation to 100% pass through RCA from the client and work out action plans.
Develop annual EHS plan, budget plan, training matrix and drill plan.

Conduct Safety trainings, such as Control of Hazardous energy (LO/TO, confined space, hot work, work at height, inert gas excavation, lifting, hand safety, GHS, etc)

Complete site risk assessment, review JHA, HSE proposal for critical job, approve site incident prevention program.

Review EHS regulation periodically, track worker and special equipment certificate are valid to make sure all work are in compliant with Code requirement.

Follow up special equipment and special work license and certificate.

Assist in audits, RBA, ISO18001, ISO14001, government inspections.

Fire safety compliance follow up

Maintain employees’ Occupational health files, regular health check up.

Site Chemical management, GHS SDS upgrade, GHS label, etc.

Manage site hazard waste warehouse, including collecting, packing, segregating, labelling, and shipping out.

Site safety walk around and inspection, and follow up with actions required.

ERT management

Ergonomics assessment.

Subcontractor safety management, site audit, etc.

Hiring new staff for EHS department.

Zero FPP violation in all JLL business Zero Injury and zero EHS incident in all JLL business No incompliance with EHS regulations No complain from client on the site EHS performance Zero CoC compliance per JLL policy China certified safety engineer Prefer NEBOSH Certificate or similar CSP/CIH certificate Good command in English language Good interpersonal communication skills and management skills ; rich Working experiences as safety supervisor/manager in foreign funded manufacturing companies Proactive and let go behavior to support IFM4.0
