我的客户专注裤装35年，积累1200万人体数据，拥有多项裤领域实用新型专利，是中国裤装的参与制定者，累计销售超一亿条。截止2021年，品牌旗下的市场综合占有率，连续二十二年位列国内头部。我的客户线下门店通过遍布全国31个省、市、自治区的超2000家线下门店，以及天猫、京东、微商城等线上平台，以及个性化定制服务，全渠道、全场景式地为消费者提供丰富的产品及服务。
工作内容
1、战略规划：负责公司战略规划和运营管理工作，通过对齐公司战略意图，深入市场分析、经营数据驱动，确保从战略制定到落地和运营的高效斜街；
2、战略落地：负责战略解码、落地执行、经营管理工作，协调并整合内外部资源，确保战略目标的实现；
3、市场研究：深度分析市场趋势和竞争环境形成机会洞察，为公司战略决策提供有力的依据；
4、项目管理：负责公司级项目规划、管理项目进度、项目评审、对公司级项目成果负责；
5、流程建设：制定闭环管理体系，包括管理制度和流程建设；
6、团队建设：搭建并培养高效的战略运营团队，提升团队整体作战能力。

理想的求职者
