Responsibilities:

1. Regularly keep contacting global brand team and well deliver the local insight, market trend to secure enough support from global team. Translate global strategy and calendar into local marketing strategy and communication plan. Track the pillar products performance and adjust the plan accordingly to secure health growth of the brand.

2. Develop and implement OLAPLEX marketing activation plan to drive brand awareness and consumer engagement. Drive cross functional team collaboration to fulfill online and offline business objectives.

3. Work closely with global innovation team and local product and training team to develop product positioning and claims localization as part of the brand content strategy and new product go-to-market plan.

4. Work closely with offline team and develop planogram and visual merchandising for key brick- and-mortar channels for the purpose of brand expression consistency.

5. Develop brand social content and influencer strategy and oversee execution of monthly owned social content, influencer seeding and always-on paid social content. Drive KOL partnership strategy and assist in long term brand communication & ecommerce campaigns.

Requirements:

• 5+ years working experience in beauty industry (Hair Care could be a plus) with solid marketing/communication background.

• Good marketing competency in terms of situation analysis, strategic thinking, strategies development and project planning and execution.

• Fluent Mandarin and excellent English communication both in written and oral
