产品经理/产品工程师
职位描述：
1. 协调内部资源，及时响应客户和销售需求，进行产品信息支持；
2. 根据内部或外部客户光学产品和生产工艺开发需求，组织生产工程部进行技术方案评估和可行性判断；
3. 协调与配合产品线经理完成产品宣传、管理产品生命周期，售前售后支持等工作；
4. 维护系统产品信息，及时完成订单评审工作，协调优先级，确保订单正常流转；
5. 整理需求进展，并定期分析和总结；
6. 必要时随同销售和产品线经理一同出差，或参加展会。
任职要求：
1. 英语口语流利，能组织与海外团队会议并跟进落实；
2. 有良好的沟通能力，能够主动协调事情，有良好的团队合作精神；
3. 为人开朗踏实，学习能力强，做事积极；
4. 以解决问题、完成任务为目标导向；
5. 光学，机械，材料相关专业优先，有光学产品生产制造或产品管理经验者优先；
6. 有执行IATF16949项目经验者优先。
Product Manager/Product Engineer
Job description
1. Coordinate internal resources to respond to customer and sales needs in a timely manner for product information support.
2. According to internal or external customers’ requirements and production process development needs, organize the production engineering department to carry out technical program evaluation and feasibility judgment.
3. Coordinate and cooperate with product line manager to complete product promotion, manage product life cycle, pre-sale, and post-sale support.
4. Maintain system product information, complete order review work in a timely manner, coordinate priorities and ensure normal flow of orders.
5. Organize, regularly analyze and summarize customers’ inquiries;
6. Travel with sales and product line manager when necessary, and participate in exhibitions.
Job Requirements
1. Fluent in spoken English, able to organize meetings with overseas team and follow up the implementation.
2. Good communication skills, able to take the initiative to coordinate things, good teamwork spirit.
3. Strong learning ability and active.
4. Problem solving and task completion oriented.
5. Optical, mechanical, material related majors are preferred, and experience in optical product manufacturing or product management is preferred.
6. Experience in implementing IATF16949 projects is preferred.
