主要职责及关键绩效目标
1 Leadership and Management管理职能
1.1 Develop and maintain clear organization of the functional units in the department.
开发并维护本部门明确的组织架构;
1.2 Assign responsibilities to inspectors, quality engineers and update JDs regularly.
明确检验员、质量工程师工作的分配,定期更新岗位职责;
1.3 Create yearly training plan for all staff according to existing skill and potential.
根据员工现有的技能和潜力,制定年度培训计划;
1.4 Communication with relevant department.
负责与其他部门沟通;
1.5 Delegate the relevant tasks and supervise the execution.
将相关工作职责委派到相应的员工,并监督实施过程;
1.6 Create monthly QM reports for in-house and supplier production.
建立质量部门月度报告,如过程检验、供应商生产等;
2 Supplier quality control供应商质量控制
2.1 Supervise supplier incoming material inspection,ensure the highefficiency and accurate of incoming inspection.
监督供应商来料的质量检验;确保来料检验工作及时、准确;
2.2 Summarize and analyze the supplier quality problem, following up the supplier corrective actions for main issues.
定期汇总分析供应商质量问题,并跟踪供应商整改;
2.3 Support purchasing department to develop suppliers, organize to conduct supplier audit.
支持采购部开发供应商,组织实施供应商现场审核;
3 In house quality control过程质量控制
3.1 Supervise in house production quality control, monitor the in-process and final inspection, ensure the high efficiency and accurate of in house inspection.
管理内部生产质量控制,监控过程检验和最终检验,确保内部检验工作及时、准确;
3.2 Summarize and analyze the in house production quality problems and quality performance, following up the corrective actions for main issues.
定期汇总分析内部生产质量问题和绩效表现,并跟踪主要问题整改措施;
3.3 Organize the MRB (Material Review Board) meeting timely , review for the quality defects.
定期组织MRB会议,对不良质量缺陷进行评审;
3.4 Manage and document QAB report, monitor the deviation release process.
管理并归档《质量偏差报告》,监督偏差放行流程;
3.5 Collect customer quality performance information, prepare for “lesson learned”, organize the related department together to solve customer complaints and take corrective actions.
收集客户质量信息,组织相关部门共同解决客户抱怨,并制定整改措施。
4 Measurement system management 测量系统管理
4.1 Maintain the ‘measurement tools list’, supervise all measurement tools are calibrated in time.
维护量具管理台账,监督所有量具准时校验;
4.2 Ensure the inspection measuring methods are correct, and measurement tools are used correctly,continue improving the measuring method and efficiency.
确保检验测量方法正确,并且量具使用正确, 持续改进测量方法和效率;
4.3 Ensure all measurement tools are stored and used in proper condition.
确保所有量具在适合的条件下存储和使用;
5 EHS环境、健康、安全
5.1 Ensure that QM staff is aware the importance of EHS, and all EHS regulations have to be followed.
确保所有部门员工知悉EHS的重要性,并必须遵守所有EHS规定;
5.2 Assure that all staff participates in assigned EHS training.
确保所有员工参与指定的EHS培训;
Qualifications
资质
Bachelor degree or above with Engineering or Mechanical background.
本科及以上学历,工程或机械专业背景;
Competencies
能力
1. Familiar with Quality management tools, good knowledge of ISO9001.
熟悉质量管理工具及ISO9001质量管理体系;
2. Excellent English,written and spoken.
出色的英语书面及口语沟通能力;
3. Strong logic thinking ability.
良好的逻辑思维能力;
4. Teamwork, cost saving, and solid communication skills.
良好的团队合作,成本节约,及沟通技巧
Experience
经验
8+ years quality management experiences in manufactory, with 3+ years leader experiences;
8年以上机械制造业质量管理工作经验,3年以上管理经验;
