1. Order summary table update and project management
2. Check with suppliers to ensure on-time order and sample shipping and project progress
3. Coordinate with suppliers and forwarder on shipment schedule and logistic relating issues
4. Plan inspection schedule according to shipment schedule and inspection request
5. Communicate with suppliers on inspection result and relating qualilty issues
6. Submit Inspection reports, order, shipment and project reports to U.S. haeadquarter
7. Request suppliers to send shipping documents to U.S. headquarter
8. Other project follow up or office administration relating jobs
Requirements:
1. University graduated.
2. English CET-4 or above.
3. Basic working experience in manufacturing, logistic section, or foreign trades.
4. Good sense of responsibility, detail oriented.
工作内容：
1. 订单和项目汇总、更新和管理
2. 跟进供应商订单生产、出货、航运情况，和项目和样板进度
3. 协调供应商和货代订舱和船务相关事宜
4. 统筹每周和每月的供应商验货计划
5. 跟进供应商产品验货质量问题
6. 向美国总部报告验货情况，提交验货报告，每周更新订单、出货情况和项目进度
7. 协调供应商及时回复美国总部，确认订单、提供出货文件等
8. 其他产品项目跟进和办公室管理工作。

The Nicor Lighting Story
NICOR Lighting was formed in the early 1980's in order to fulfill a need for ceiling fans within the Lighting Showroom niche of the lighting market. Working closely with designers and product specialists, NICOR was the first company to introduce the "Uni-Pack" concept of having the fan, blades, and light kit all in one package.
Starting with only 6 items in our initial product offering, NICOR now offers over 2000 products including Ceiling Fans, track lighting and recessed lighting. Other specialty lighting products, such as our LED Under Cabinet, Alluminator and EcoBay High Bay fixtures, and entrance chimes and emergency lighting have been introduced over the years.
NICOR continues to expand and was quick to embrace sustainable energy solutions and efficient products. We offer many LED lights and fluorescent lights that are more energy efficient and cost reducing.
The growth of NICOR has been steady and consistent in large part due to its reputation for excellent customer service and high quality standards. Today NICOR light fixtures and other products can be found in local lighting showrooms and are available through distributors and contractors across the country.
