负责批量的生产性物料采购计划及订单(国内/国外)的跟踪及实施。
In charge of Purchasing Plan and Order of production material (Local/International).
供应商的产品质量及交货情况的跟踪和汇报(国内/国外，批量产品)
Track and report the supplier’s product quality and delivery for mass production (Local/International).
确保生产所需并有效控制库存。
Ensure production requirement and control available stock.
进口件的发票与SAP系统收货做匹配。
Match imported part invoice and receipt in SAP system.
Main Accountabilities
职责
Responsibility ：
？ 服从分配，听从指挥，并严格遵守公司的各项规章制度和有关规定
Obey the company rule, submit to lead’s direction.
？ 每月制订批量产品的采购计划/预测及订单，做好采购订单的制定、发放、跟进、保存，特别是进口件的跟货。
Make monthly purchasing forecast / plan and official order. To do order’s making, sending, following up, and save in daily work, special in imported parts.
？ 负责对所采购材料质量、数量核对工作；对供应厂商的交期、交量等作出评估，保证及时供应
Be resposible to materials‘ qty, quality; evaluate to supplier’s leadtime and attention, ensure supply to our production plan on time.

？ 控制和平衡库存水平
Control and balance inventory level
？ 物流运输成本控制，避免过度的额外运费。
Control delivery cost, to avoid overdue cost.
？ 国外发票及时整理，与收货做匹配后交于财务入账。
Settle foreign invoice, and then match with receipt in SAP.
？ 对所承担的工作全面负责
Be responsilbe to own job.
？ Master environmental health and safety emergency knowledge, have the ability to identify risks, wear personal protective equipment correctly, use the site's safety facilities correctly, do a good job of garbage classification, save energy掌握环境健康安全应急知识，具备识别风险的能力，正确穿戴个人劳防用品，正确使用现场的安全设施，做好垃圾分类，节能。

？ 有权在紧急情况下，调整供应商送货时间及方式，以保证生产为前提。
In emergency, the right of ask supplier to adjust delivery time and method, in order to ensure the production.
Job Requirements (Qualifications, Skills, Experience, Competencies)
教育水平/专业（Education/Major）：
本科以上学历
University degree or above.
经验（Experiences）：
3年以上汽车行业的采购经验，有批量产品采购经验则更佳
3 years purchase experience in automobile industry, purchase experience of mass production material is preferably.
资格证书（Certificates）：
知识/技能（Knowledge & Skills）：
熟悉SAP系统操作。
Be familiar with SAP operation.
了解质量工具(APQP、PPAP)和顾客要求。
Know quality tools(APQP、PPAP) and custom requirement.
Be familiar with MRP calculation logic and method
熟悉物料计划计算逻辑和方法
外语/计算机能力（Foreign language/Computer ability）：
良好的英语和Excel能力
