职位描述：
？ 与第三方服务商、制造、项目顾问、当地机构等协调并进行包装设计；Coordinate and design packaging, warehousing with 3rd party service provider, manufacturing, project consultant, local agencies, etc;
？ 负责运输中包装安全；Drive safety at packaging and storage；
？ 支持功能测试和包装外的清单；Support functional testing and prove out of packaging
？ 推动遵守可持续发展，并控制特殊项目的要求；Drive compliance to sustainable, development and controls requirements for special project;
？ 负责包装成本和质量把控；Drive packaging cost and quality control;
？ 负责操作安全、可靠性、质量的改进计划；Drive improvement program for operational safety, reliability, quality;
？ 支持新的供应商的资格认证；Support new supplier’s qualification;
？ 与项目管理部及计划部对接；Interface with Product Management / Supply Chain
？ 支持在包装和仓库操作中进行所需的质量评审；Support needed quality reviews in packaging & warehouse operation;
？ 与质量团队和PM团队一起调查和跟进质量事件报告并和客户反馈；Investigate and follow up on quality incident reports and customer feedbacks with quality team and PM team;
？ 负责产品符合与包装、储存和运输相关的质量要求；Drive compliance to global quality requirements relating to packaging, storage and shipment;
？ 领导安排的其他事宜。Other tasks assigned by the leader.
Key Skills/关键技能:
？ 3年以上制造/包装单位和物流工作经验；At least 3 years work experience in manufacturing / packaging unit and Logistics
？ 具备工业制造、供应链、OIMS、业务控制、贸易监管、GPQMS（全球产品质量管理体系）、循环流化床（客户反馈）等相关知识；Knowledge of Industrial Manufacturing, Supply Chain, OIMS , Business Control, Trade Regulation, GPQMS (Global Product Quality Mgt System), CFB (Customer Feedback) etc.
？ 有效的团队成员——必须在跨职能团队中工作，包括服务提供商、现场供应链、技术工程师、质量工程师、企业等团队；Effective team player – have to work in cross functional teams consisting of members from service providers, site supply chain, technical engineers, quality engineers, business
Requirements/工作要求：
？ 本科或以上学历，工程、机械或相关专业优先。Bachelor Degree or above preferably in Engineering, Mechanics or related majors
？ 具有良好的人际交往能力，能够有效地与第三方服务提供商进行沟通；Good interpersonal skills to effectively interface with 3rd party service providers
？ 独立工作能力；Self-driven and ability to influence without authority
？ 良好的沟通和口语能力；Good communication and presentation skills
