工作职责:
参与公司新产品研发及新产品导入的全过程，进行新产品研制过程中机电系统相关的各种检验、检测和测试，对产品质量把关。
主要工作包括：
1. 产品研发过程中的零部件试制品质量检测
2. 制定整机测试计划
3. 整机功能性测试
4. 机械及电子部件可靠性、整机可靠性相关测试与支持
5. 撰写测试报告
6. 产品设计中的可靠性建议
工作地点：苏州
职位要求：
1、机械或机电工程相关专业，大学本科及以上学历。
2、在机械行业从事测试/工艺/检验工作两年及以上；参加过正规的机械、材料检验培训更佳。
3、基本技能和素质要求：
a. 有一定的识图能力，熟悉机械加工工艺和装配工艺及其质量要求。
b. 熟知检验工作流程、检验方法和检验要求。会使用各种通用量具（卡尺、千分尺、百分表等）
c.了解机械可靠性测试的方法和标准，能够设计具体的测试方法和辅助测试工具。
4、工作细致严谨，原则性强、责任心强，有良好的综合分析判断能力。
5、有电动、手动工具行业测试经验或者了解相应测试规范及法规更佳。
6、对金属和非金属材料性质有较好的认识。
