Objectives of the Job:

1. With the request of the Group leader or Project Leader, fulfill the tasks independently.

2. Ensure the tasks on time delivery of the deliverables with high quality and customer satisfaction.

3. Support team to approach customer and improve customers’ satisfaction.

4. Support team members to well know the HIL system and principles.

Main Duties:
1. Responsible for the construction of HIL bench. Create and maintain the corresponding plan, define and design hardware, electrical and software solutions, build up the test bench, commissioning for the basic and automated test function.

2. Responsible for HIL bench testing, including HIL test case development, HIL test script development and test implementation in HIL environment.

3. Interface with customer, to analysis the test requirement and test specification. Perform test automation tasks independently.

4. Propose requirements for test environment (simulation, bench), tools, data, etc., and support corresponding preparation work.

5. Establish modeling and implement simulation for HIL system for automotive electrical test bench and labcar.

6. Set up the scene library of BMS or HV-system HIL test.

7. Maintain/Improve test platforms if necessary and required.

Qualification:

1. Bachelor degrees or above, E/E or related area, Master at least one programming language such as C, MATLAB, Python, PHP.

2. At least 3 years of automotive electronics development and testing experience.

3. Relevant experience in building and testing HIL testbench with BMS or high voltage system, proficient in using HIL simulation tool such as NI/dSpace/Vector/ECU-Test and relevant automation script development.

4. Familiar with vehicle EE system concept and functions, EE system validation process, bus communication and diagnosis protocol.

5. Familiar with CAN bus analysis and simulation tool, diagnose tool and database, such us CANoe/CAPL, MATLAB Simulink, dbc/odx file.

6. Good Chinese and English language skills: read, write, listen and speak.

7. Good communication skill, presentation skill.

8. Self-motivation, open mind.
