职责描述：
2.0 JOB SUMMARY

Ÿ Be responsible for advanced project quality control to ensure stability and reliability of product quality in whole APQP
Ÿ Solve customer complaints and customer documents requirements in different project development phase to ensure project launch smoothly
3.0 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Ÿ Involve in new project launch, ensure delivery quality in project stage.
Ÿ Identify the quality risk, make and implementation a quality plan to achieve quality target.
Ÿ Prepare OTS/PPAP documentation and quality related documents in required time limit.
Ÿ Solve all customer complaints and handle requirements from customers in required time limit.
Ÿ Get involve in product and process design and define the quality activity in processes to ensure the project launch smoothly.
Ÿ Support customer on site audit and be responsible for customer concerns in project stage
Ÿ Prepare for sample production and implementation the process quality control.
Ÿ Take on additional responsibilities that may be assigned by the manager from time to time.

负责前期项目质量控制，确保整个APQP产品质量的稳定性和可靠性

解决不同项目开发阶段的客户投诉和客户文件要求，确保项目顺利启动

3.0关键职责
参与新项目启动，确保项目阶段交付质量。

识别质量风险，制定并实施质量计划，实现质量目标。

在规定的时间内准备OTS/PPAP文件和质量相关文件。

在规定的时间内解决所有客户投诉并处理客户的要求。

参与产品和工艺设计，确定过程中的质量活动，以确保项目顺利启动。

支持客户现场审核，负责项目阶段客户关注事项

准备样品生产并实施过程质量控制。

承担经理不时分配的额外任务。
任职要求：
Ÿ Bachelor degree or above with Mechanical/Material Engineering background
Ÿ At least 5 years of quality related experience in Auto industry, familiar with IATF16949 system and passage car OEM specific requirements
Ÿ Good logical analysis and systematic problem-resolving capability, familiar with 8D problem solving method
Ÿ Good team work spirit, can work under pressure
Ÿ Target oriented with excellent bi-lingual language and communication skills

本科或以上学历，机械/材料工程背景

5年以上汽车行业质量相关工作经验，熟悉IATF16949体系和通道车OEM的具体要求

良好的逻辑分析和系统问题解决能力，熟悉8D问题解决方法

良好的团队合作精神，能承受工作压力

优秀的双语能力和沟通能力
