Job Requirements:
1. Responsible for the formulation of product specifications, acceptance standards and quality control related documents, the formulation of QCP (quality critical control point), the definition of product delivery quality, to meet the group's quality policy and the needs of the international market (the United States, China and other major markets);
2. Handled the external technical communication and coordination work of the quality Department, including communicating with American factories about product quality technical support, quality problem feedback, improvement tracking and conversion of technical standards into Chinese implementation standards;
3. Led the continuous quality optimization process, including post-market customer complaint tracking and abnormal quality time investigation, completed the root cause analysis report, closed the loop of preventive and corrective actions;
4. Carry out test program design, processing quality inspection, analysis, investigation, root cause analysis, data statistics and data preparation, report preparation;
5. Participate in and assist in special work, training and quality system construction.

Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. Daily chemical industry background, more than 5 years of work experience, specification writing and maintenance experience, rich quality management experience, and continuous optimization ability, excellent discovery and problem solving ability, logical thinking, self-driving ability;
3. English can be used as the working language, CET-6, overseas business experience is preferred.
