1. Quotation coordination:
- Engage with customers to collect their requests and needs.
- Transfer customer’s request and coordinate evaluation team to conduct feasibility study.
- Align technical issues or questions with customer and evaluation team to ensure the delivery of the quotation.
- Cost down coordination and project awarded following up.
2. Project Delivery: Ensure the successful completion of mechanical projects within specified timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
3. Quality Assurance: Coordinate with quality department to serve and guarantee the highest levels of quality from samples release to mass production according to new product release procedure, industry standards and client requirements.
4. Cost Control: Manage project budgets effectively to minimize costs and maximize profitability.
5. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to prevent disruptions and delays for projects.
6. Stakeholder Communication: Establish clear and effective communication with project stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
7. Resource Management: Allocate and manage project resources efficiently, including materials, labor, and equipment.
8. Change Management: Handle changes to project scope, schedule, and specifications while minimizing their impact on project outcomes.
9. Documentation: Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation in the project list and folder.
10. Client Satisfaction: Ensure that projects meet or exceed client expectations and result in high levels of client satisfaction.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above.
2. 3 to 5 experience as a Project engineer or in a similar role.
3. Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, or similar platforms.
4. Good command of English.

ZAMA history goes back as far as 1958, when the Shinagawa die-casting company started carburetor production in Shinagawa in Japan. Since 1984 all carburetors bear the ZAMA brand. 1987 ZAMA industries was founded in Hongkong and the headquarter of ZAMA group established in Tai Po in New Territories. In 1998 large parts of the production were moved to Shenzhen. As of 1.1.2009 the former owner sold all shares to ZAMA’s biggest customer Andreas Stihl AG, the worldwide known technology leader for gardening and forestry equipment, one of the biggest family owned business’, role model for SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises) in Germany. Although being owned by STIHL, ZAMA continues to supply the whole industry with its first class products and services and has proven to be a reliable, trustworthy partner to customers around the world.
Since then ZAMA continued to grow and modernize, electronic carburetors and design of complete engine management solutions, together with our partners, were added to the product portfolio.
