Position: HR Intern

Address：41F, One Museum Place, 669 Xinzha Road, Jing' an District, Shanghai, 200041
Salary：CNY 24 / hour
Working hours：9 a.m. to 6 p.m
Job responsibilities:
• Owned end to end life cycle process from onboarding, moving and leaving
• Intern attendance tracking
• sign-on and retention tracking till exit
• p-file management.
• Supported the issuance of the employment certificate and the invitation letter.
• Translated job descriptions and other documents.
• Supported HR team on a variety of events.
Job requirements:
• Bachelor or graduate student, majoring in human resources or psychology is preferred
• Good communication skills in both Chinese and English, good at communication, sense of responsibility and can deal with pressure
• Working 3 days or more a week, at least 3 months, candidates who can join as soon as possible are preferred
