Job Description
l 负责地区的设备，耗材，备件，服务销售业务，实现区域指定销售目标
l 密切关注活跃客户动态，通过开发新客户，维护老客户，提高公司市场份额，增加销售额。
Key Responsibilities
l 完成该区域的销售业绩，包括设备，耗材，备件，服务和合同的正常签订。
l 通过可视化日常管理和标准工作，确保客户的清晰度和销售活动的有效性，避免丢失客户；提升销售团队的人均产能
l 对客户的有效价格管理，提高设备，耗材，备件销售额和毛利率
l 在SFDC客户关系管理：
老客户开发方面：持续发掘老客户需求，实现老客户的翻单；确保及时准确更新和维护客户数据、联系人信息等；通过销售漏斗管理跟进销售线索（LEADS）；更新销售活动记录；合同谈判。
售后回抢客户管理：通过区域覆盖，客户开发，实现回抢业务；提高赢单率；
l 应收账款管理
l 客户在标识设备使用中的投诉和异议的内部协调与跟进
l 与服务部门，销售支持部门等紧密合作，来确保业绩的完成
l 在服务时候收集相关市场信息，以便公司可以优化产品，提高行业竞争优势
Education, Background and Skill Requirements
l 专科或以上学历，机械或自动化相关专业优先
l 5年及以上工业品销售经验，在标识行业上下游公司经验优先
l 良好的沟通技能和销售技能
l 熟练使用MS的EXCEL功能，从数据中发现问题的能力和解决问题的能力
l 熟悉当地工业标识市场
l 适应频繁出差
l 外资企业工作经历更佳
l 自备车或驾照优先
