职责描述:
1.根据岗位定编，组织各部门制定人力资源需求规划，并对各部门规划结果进行审核及管控；
2.组织并策划日常招聘、校园招聘等工作，满足业务部门合理的人员需求，并在招聘周期内招聘到位；
3.搜集行业内竞争对手信息及对标信息，对比用人策略、薪酬福利等信息，为调整招聘、薪酬政策提供支持；
4.及时维护招聘系统、人力资源系统信息，保障人员信息，准确无误。
1. According to the post assignment, organize various departments to formulate human resource demand planning, and review and control the planning results of each department;
2. Organize and plan daily recruitment, campus recruitment, etc., to meet the reasonable personnel needs of the business department, and recruit in place within the recruitment cycle;
3. Collect competitor information and benchmarking information in the industry, compare employment strategies, salary and benefits and other information, and provide support for adjusting recruitment and salary policies;
4. Maintain the recruitment system and human resource system information in a timely manner to ensure that the personnel information is accurate.

3.熟练掌握各岗位人员需求，运用面试技巧，为空缺岗位选拔合适的候选人；
