Job summary:
Working on automatic machines / Jigs / Fixtures / Testers Development and Qualification for Micro-assembling production processes.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and qualify machines / Jigs / Fixtures / Testers for new production line setup, and for continuous improvement.
2. Act as technical expert in equipment development team, provide technical solution for automation projects. Analyze and review automation projects feasibility, reliability, risk analysis and conducts costing analysis.
3. Lead suppliers in order to make sure their design and equipment can meet the required standards, satisfy the production requirements and make on time with all required documents.
4. Analyzing and finding root cause for occurring issues, as well as define actions items for solving complex problems.
5. Lead FAT / IQ / OQ / PQ build making sure machine ready for MP while achieving the target project time line, quality, Cycle time, yield and within Budget.
6. Perform other duties as assigned by Superiors.

Qualification:
1. Bachelor’s Degree or above in Mechanical, Automation or Electrical Engineering.
2. Have successful equipment design experience in Micro-assembling process.
3. Good English skills, both verbal and written, willing to travel overseas.
4. Above 5 years equipment design and automation relevant experience.
5. Skillful in CAD, Solid works; Knowledge of JMP/LabVIEW/PLC will be plus
6. Be able to work independently in automation line / equipment structure design, cost and
productivity improvement.
7. Basic knowledge in Statistic principle and tools, EHS, IE.
8. Good knowledge of mechanical designs, electronic control (PLC etc.)
9. Capable of analyzing, de-bugging and solving complex problems.
