工作内容
1 负责制定和完善公司的注册策略，确保产品符合国内外相关法规要求；
2 领导团队完成药品注册申报工作，包括资料准备、审核、提交及跟进等；
3 与国内外监管机构保持良好沟通，及时获取法规更新信息，为公司战略发展提供支持；
4 监控药品注册进度，确保项目按时完成，对注册过程中的风险进行评估与应对；
5 协助公司其他部门，提供注册相关的专业咨询与支持。

理想的求职者
1 药学、生物医药或相关专业硕士及以上学历，具备丰富的药品注册经验；
2 中英文听说读写流利；
3 有中美双报的经验；
4 熟悉国内外药品注册法规及流程，具备独立处理复杂注册问题的能力；
5 具备优秀的团队管理和组织协调能力，能够领导团队高效完成工作任务；
6 具备良好的沟通能力，能够与监管机构、合作伙伴及公司内部各部门进行有效沟通；
7 具备强烈的责任心和敬业精神，能够承受一定的工作压力。
