职责描述：
• Coordinates activities involved with procuring goods and services, such as standard parts, parts according to drawing, equipment, tools, parts, supplies for establishment: Reviews requisitions.
• Confers with vendors to obtain product or service information, such as price, availability, and delivery schedule.
• Estimates values according to knowledge of market price.
• Determines method of procurement, such as direct purchase or bid.
• Prepares purchase orders or bid requests by himself of according to the information by the strategic purchase.
• Reviews bid proposals and negotiates contracts within budgetary limitations and scope of authority.
• Maintains manual or computerized procurement records, such as items or services purchased, costs, delivery, product quality or performance, and inventories.
• Discusses defective or unacceptable goods or services with supplier development team or quality control personnel, users, vendors, and others to determine source of trouble and make sure the related department and vendor take corrective action.
• Prepares paperwork and invoices for payment.
• Expedites delivery of goods to users.
• May search for new sources of supply in China for the service purchase.

任职要求：
• University education in business administration or engineering.
• Fluent speaking and writing English proficiency, German will be preferred.
• Responsible, hardworking, takes initiative to solve issues efficiently and rapidly.
