Main Responsibility：
主要职责：
1. 现有设备的紧急维护。
2. 工厂设备的登记、保养工作。
3 .对工厂设备作定期的技术改造。
4.备品备件实际建立、采购申请、计划跟踪。
5. 负责新项目所有仪器的评估及请购。
6. 制定工厂设备管理制度及操作规程。
7.设备管理制度。
a) 设备的验收；
b) 保养内容频次计划制定；
c) 维修流程；
d) 报废处理；
e) 故障统计分析；
f) 设备档案管理；
8.模具管理制度。
a) 模具的验收；
b) 日常维护保养；
c) 模具标识；
d) 履历管理；
9. 备品备件管理制度。
a) 备件建立；
b) 采购计划；
c) 使用情况跟踪；
10. 设备操作指导及相关表单建立和完善。
11. 故障统计分析，问题改善落实、安排、跟踪。
12.重大项目、升级改造策划安排。
13.设备技术资料研读，根据实际需求转换为内部控制文件。
14.国外采购备件接口，负责对外联系。
15.部门内系统性管理培训。
16.负责本部门的安全生产管理工作，保障本部门员工的身体健康和安全。
17.支持和服从上级的各项工作安排。
Requirement：
任职要求：
学历/经历—描述能够胜任本岗位职责所需的学术、技能、业务培训需求以及所需具备的工作经验。
● 机电专业大专或以上学历，具备设备维护工程师中级职称，
● 接受过质量管理ISO体系培训、安全培训。
● 熟练操作办公自动化，懂PLC、CAD，统计分析等。
● 具有5年或以上设备维护保养、管理工作经验。
