Your role :
Are you incredibly organized with an eye for detail? Do you have a high client service orientation and high risk awareness? We're looking for someone like that to:
- Being part of the UBSS Data Management Operations team built out in UBS Shanghai BSC - supporting both UBSS WM and Investment Banking GM(Equities and FRC) businesses.
- You would be joining a dynamic yet challenging environment in view of ensuring the completeness of UBSS business related market or products setup from China onshore business perspective, and to satisfy both CTB and RTB requirements in relation to UBSS client's trading businesses.
- You would be identified as one of the Member within the team whom would be handling daily system setup request and ensuring that requests are done in a timely, accurate, and complete manner.
Your team :
You will be joined by a function of a small team with 2 people, whom will be based in Shanghai BSC and will be sitting in China UBSS and working closely with the WM and IB GM businesses in UBSS entity.
Your expertise :
You have:
– Proven experience in client service (ideally in banking). Highly proactive and diligent in follow up and follow through. Client focused, organized at bundling of requests and sensible on turnaround time.
– Broad understanding of Mutual Fund, Equities, Fixed Income products, and have a general sense of risk awareness. Risk conscious with emphasis on operational risks prevention.
