This is a position for Swire Properties' New Project in Liwan Distrcit, Guangzhou.
Major Responsibilities and Objectives:
Leasing and operation on case basics; all daily coordination work on case basics and on overall foundational work basics within Portfolio Management.
Major Tasks & Activities:
1. Negotiate on general leasing for full categories tenant and execute all type of legal documents;
2. Supervise general mall operation and ensure the punctual billings and payable fees collection on individual brand basics;
3. Achieve the required occupancy rate and maximize income;
4. Assist Assistant Director to handle individual task force, e.g. regular report, coordination work with central team (for PE) etc.;
5. Assist Assistant Director to prepare budgetary proposal (for PE);
6. Main execution of site walk for all fitting out works, regular in-mall inspection, competitive mall visit, regular market research, regular meeting minutes taking, regular mall data statistics etc.;
7. Assist managerial level to prepare documental works;
8. PE to implement company core value in daily works and life as the pioneer and to spread the value in the team.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements
1. University graduate;
2. Good negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service oriented attitude;
3. Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills;
4. Exposure in working with foreign-capital enterprise in Chinese Mainland, and in liaising with international companies/clients would be preferred;
5. Fluent spoken and written English and Mandarin;
6. Conversant with the use of PC in particular Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint and AutoCad.
7. With minimum 3 years’ experience in retail leasing, with property management experience is preferred;
