Job Role & Responsibilities:
We are seeking a technical strategic talent, passionate for sports and new technologies, to lead the Technology & Raw material Center of China PC Division. Such as taking charge of deploying the conception, development and industrial methods strategies with China PC teams and partners, then guaranteeing the appropriate technical capabilities within the network.
❑Structure, Build & Deploy Technical Strategy:
-Build technical vision for PC technology & Raw Material (Hereinafter referred to as RM) center by injecting DKL united global strategies & benchmark with external context
-Structure the target organization of Technology & RM Center with the advices of all the stakeholders
-Build technical strategies by aligning with all stakeholders base on organization & project needs in different stages
-Optimize the working flow to enable a fast and efficient collaboration with stakeholders
-Build, lead and execute the Technologies & Innovation project and roadmap for PC China
-Manage the milestones of all key projects and smooth all the obstacles with strong complexity problem solving capabilities

❑Design Technical Capability Offers & Build Technical Network & Provide Technical Solutions:
-Build and maintain an external network of solution providers, proactive benchmark & mapping for the advanced technologies in the market and select the most suitable industrial solutions
-Promote the selected new solutions to enable innovations and guarantee the deploy into PC process after align with stakeholders (internal & external)
-Leading the expert team to contribute for Environment Friendly solutions from RM to the manufacturing process (include machine tools …) to enable and boost ecodesigned solutions
-Support the Decathlon Mold Center project (at the service of Decathlon united)
-Clarify the right skill matrix & learning offer for PC technical network and enable Method Engineers to answer the technical capability skill up for PC technical players
-Build the technical expert network with all the motivated players to enable the technical tactics deployment on field to drive the individual and collective results
-Enable Method Engineers to challenge the Cost Efficiency from manufacturing process point of view, create the conditions to allow our team and suppliers to decrease the cost
-Boost technical competencies and improve working ways efficiency

❑Accompany Team Members Development:
-Recruit teammates ‘stronger than we are’
-Monitor team’s human turnover and identify key factors that can be improved.
-Identify individual and collective strengths and development needs.
-Coach and/or mentor teammates to deliver operational excellence and autonomy
-Recognize high performing cast members, being responsible for talent review.
-Embrace, practice, and maintain Decathlon culture. Team building.
-Be accountable for the team’s safety and health in workspaces.
-Manage and support the team to ensure the lead-time, cost, quality, and environment targets of projects.
-Build the succession plan.
