Responsibilities of this position本岗位的职责
1. GR the goods in SAP based on the third party warehouse unloading report to each container根据第三方仓库每个货柜的卸货报告在SAP系统中完成入库；
2. To make the Discrepancies Report for each container制作每个货柜来货差异报告；
3. Make the picking list and delivery note based on Sales order根据销售订单制作备货单和出库单；
4. Follow up the delivery status to ensure customers receive the goods on time and no quality issue跟进发货状态，确保客户准时收货并且没有质量问题；
5. Record any issue and solution about the logistics working process记录物流工作流程中产生的问题和解决方案；
6. Make sure that all the vendors follow SOP, and assist to record the service level about each vendor确保所有的供应商遵循公司SOP流程，协助记录每个供应商的服务水平；
7. To assist the logistics supervisor to make the weekly report of delivery and stock协助物流主管制作发货和库存周报。
Required specialized knowledge or industry experience本岗位所需的专业知识和行业相关经验
1. College degree or above大专及以上学历；
2. 1 to 2 years in warehouse and transportation management or fresh graduates 1-2年仓储和物流管理,应届生亦可；
3. Related working experience in multinational or FMCG company有在跨国企业和快消品行业的工作经验；
4. Computer skill, familiar with Windows Office and SAP熟悉OFFICE和SAP操作；
5. Team player and excellent communication skills有团队意识和良好的沟通技巧。
