Responsibilities:
1.Develop and implement BD strategies.
2.Identify and evaluate business opportunities in Greater China, North America and Europe
3.Establish relationships with potential partners, as well as drive negotiations and transactions.
4.Develop and execute negotiation and transaction frameworks.
5.Coordinate internal resources to ensure smooth progress.
6.Collect and analyze market dynamics to stay abreast of industry trends.

Qualifications:
1.Ph.D degree in biopharmaceuticals, medicine, chemistry, business administration or related fields.
2.Over 3 years of experience in biopharmaceutical BD, with successful transaction cases in Greater China or Europe or the United States for the past 2 years preferred.
3.Familiarity with biopharmaceutical technology, commercial trends, and competitive landscapes.
4.Thorough understanding of the entire BD process and transaction framework design, with Financial Advising experience preferred.
5.Strong business acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as negotiation and communication skills.
6.Native Mandarin speaker with professional-level English communication skills.
7.Multicultural work experience and an in-depth understanding of North America (Europe would be a plus) academic and industrial cultures.
