Responsibilities:
1.     Sourcing
l  Handle indirect material purchase requests to support local business, e.g. manufacture / testing equipment and system, mould maintenance, factory facilities, service requirement and so on. Ask and evaluate quotation from suppliers, negotiate price and commercial terms with suppliers.
l  Execute the indirect purchasing activities according with purchasing procedure, Defines and establishes local standard agreements with related suppliers. Set up standard terms in purchase contracts/terms and conditions in line with company directives and guidelines.
l  Quickly respond to the requests from business, provide feedback timely and coordinate actively for problem solving.
1.采购
处理本地的间接物料采购请求,如生产/检测设备和系统,模具维修、工厂设施,服务需求等。询问和评估供应商的报价,与供应商协商价格和商业条款。
按照公司的间采采购流程执行采购工作;与供应商建立当地的标准协议。根据公司的指示和方针,提供和维护采购合同/条款和条件的标准条款,积极响应业务要求,及时提供反馈,积极协调解决问题。
2. Coordinate with Global
IM&S team for some common categories
l  Actively coordinate with IM&S team for common categories sourcing, e.g. standard manufacture tools, IS service, admin devices and consumables. Coordinate with IM&S team to solve delivery or quality issues to fulfill the requests from business departments.
l  Push IM&S for process optimization and continuous improvement
2.与全球间接采购中心协调一些常见的采购类别
积极配合IM&S团队实施日常通用性间接采购行为,例如标准的生产工具,IT服务,管理设备和耗材。协助完成交付或质量问题,以满足业务部门的要求。推动IM&S团队优化间接采购控制流程并持续改进
3.     Supplier base development and Supply Chain optimization.
l  Manage and enhance indirect supplier base to continuously improve delivery timeliness, quality and cost efficiency.
l  Work with business departments for demand analysis and demand management, including budgeting, forecasting and standardization.
l  Optimize the total cost and quality at all stages of products and projects. Implements programs to drive improvement of the supply performance in cost, quality and delivery.
3.供应商基础开发和供应链优化。
管理和加强间接供应商资源,持续改进交付及时性、质量和成本效率。与业务部门分析业务需求,包括预算、预测和标准化等。管理采购过程中的采购物料/服务的全生命周期的成本管理,推进供应商在成本,质量和交付方面的改进。

Requirements:
Bachelor or Master degree, prefer to Electronic/Mechanical major
1. At least 5 years working experiences, preferably with indirect sourcing background in manufacturing industry.
2. Good negotiation and communication skills.
3. Result oriented and take ownership
4. Cooperative and service mindset
5. Analytical and influence others
6, Strategic and systematic thinking, Drive self-learning and keep continuous Improvement.
Good written and oral communications skills in English
Data analytics and reporting in excel and PPT.
