Responsibilities:
1.Lead BYD account team to achieve sales, design-win, market share target.
2.Working independently as part of GC Auto car OEM BD team to achieve team & individual business goal – grow revenue & gain market share.
3.Serve as the lead point of contact for all assigned car OEM’s account management matters.
4.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationship.
5.Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
6.Working with cross-region/cross-function teams of NXP.
7.Provide regular sales forecast & report.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor/Master degree in EE preferred.
2.8+ years relevant working experience.
3.Knowledge of software and hardware embedded system.
4.Knowledge of automotive electronics and background of Tier1 or Car OEM are preferred.
5.Good listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
6.Good verbal and communication skills in Chinese/English.
7.Familiar with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
8.Domestic travel required.
9.Be proactive, be a good team member.
