岗位职责：
1. Application development and confident development service
2. Cooperate with users and business analysts to provide trustworthy requirement analysis
3. Manage development schedule to deliver development result on time without critical issue
4. Cooperate with other support team to work out integration solution
5. Maximize sales opportunities by providing stable system performance
6. Analysis business requirements and business process by communication with customers and BA
7. System architecture management
8. Coordinate with user for testing and system delivery
9. Identify and improve system problems
10. Develop system documentation including architect design, system specification, design statement, user manual, operational manual, etc.
任职要求：
1. Bachelor’s degree on Computer Science or IT related major
2. 5+ years in developing JAVA, JSP, WebSphere, Linux, Oracle/MSSQL DB
3. Full stack knowledge is preferred
4. Solution architect background is preferred
5. English is mandatory, able to communicate
6. Requires understanding on Windows and Linux server environment
7. Accurate and precise communication skill required
