Responsibilities:

1.Establish a strategy to grow business at each distributors.

2.Review opportunities and work with distributors to close the deal.

3.Develop a measurable plan to bump up Design Win.

4.Support all the eco-system around our WiFi/BT products including module partners relationship.

5.Joint promotion between module partners & distributors.

6.Establish Quarterly business review with local distributors.

7.Provide all support and documentation to our distributors to enable opportunity creation and Design Win.

8.You will be the go to person for our distributors.

9.In addition to the local distributors assignment, you will be also responsible for certain distributor accounts worldwide.
Requirements:

1.Minimum 8 years of experience in semiconductors industry & distribution.

2.MS in Electrical Engineering.

3.Demonstrated experiences in product marketing / Distribution business.

4.Ability to understand the dynamic of distribution business, including module partners involvement.

5.Excellent English communication skills, both verbally and in writing and effective presentation skills.

6.Ability to explain in simple way our products added values.

7.Experience in Connectivity WiFi & BT.

8.Good understanding of the processors.

9.Experience working with worldwide teams.
