Job Responsibilities:
Handle Equipment aftersales customer major accounts
Coordination of spare parts/repair sales in China for Equipment/lines
Quotation and order management in connection with local region
Calculation of spare parts prices and negotiation with customers
Work with EQ service team for Equipment line upgrade proposal and spare parts service contract to customer.
Visit customers regularly to identify and clarifying the need for upmost the aftersales business.
Monitoring of delivery schedule of spare parts order and keep update to customer and satisfying the customer plan.
Complaint management for equipment aftersales order
Coordinate and follow up with Finance team to issue invoice to customer until payment.
Maintaining of customer contacts and convince customers for aftersales business.
Clarification of technical issues and deliveries with German HQ and suppliers
Work with superior to prepare and follow up the strategic plan for aftersales business.
Prepare monthly aftersales spare parts and service sales report.
Job requirements:
University degree or above, major in science and engineering is preferred.
More than 3 years of sales support or customer service-related work experience.
Excellent in communication, logical thinking and cooperative personality
Fluent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, able to handle daily work independently.
