Job Description
系统开发资深工程师
Ø 负责电源产品的系统开发工作：
Ø 负责高压OBC、DCDC、PDU产品定义、开发；
Core Responsibilities主要职责:
Ø 负责承接分解整车需求，并传递给供应商做方案评估；
Ø 负责审核评估供应商技术方案、拓扑、仿真报告等；
Ø 负责制定SOR、SDS、EID等系统文件；
Ø 负责IPU系统状态机定义；
Ø 负责评审供应商产品测试内容、测试报告等；
Ø 负责对接供应商产品开发，统筹DV、PV等开发计划，确保产品按时按质开发交付；
Ø 负责高压零件变更管理；
Ø 负责整车开发过程中涉及高压零件的问题分析解决；
Requirements 能力要求:
Ø 本科及以上学历；
Ø 至少5年车载高压产品设计开发经验，尤其OBC、DCDC、PDU等设计开发经验者优先考虑；
Ø 熟悉整车开发流程和零部件开发流程；
Ø 熟悉可靠性实验要求、EMC要求、软件开发管理等；
Ø 性格开朗、有韧性；
