Objectives of the Position:
• As a member of regional controlling team, the person performs various internal reporting and analysis.
• As a junior business controller, the person supports the controlling manager to identify issues and opportunities on further business growth as well as cost optimization.
• The person will strive for report automation and efficiency improvements.


Main Tasks:
• Perform business profitability analysis at segment/OEM/product levels and support the controlling manager to identify issues and opportunities and back up the monthly Corporate Planner database preparation.
• Support the controlling manager deep dive on demand forecast with alignment with marketing / supply chain.
• Support the annual strategic planning preparation and analysis, such as volume, margin, and fixed cost budget of regional functions and sites.
• Support Global MCY team on MCY segment controlling topics and coordinate cross region reporting and analysis.
• Support annual price reduction/rebate/commission calculation and tracking.
• Support the SIP target setting and tracking.
• Support investment project appraisal and post-investment audits.
• Support reporting automation and develop BI reports.
• Other ad hoc projects and tasks


Minimum Education and Qualification Required for the Position:
• Education: University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar academic background
• Working Experience: minimum 5 years in finance/controlling role of MNC
• Technical & Professional Knowledge: Advanced Excel skills; proficiency in both spoken and written English; experience in visualizing data in Power BI or relevant data visualization software is a plus
