Role & Responsibilities:

• Monitors the daily operation of SAP systems to ensure optimal system performance

• Is responsible for maintaining the availability, reliability and security of SAP systems

• Performs periodic system health check and maintenance tasks, such as backup and patch installation

• Identify potential issues by analyzing system logs, monitoring performance metrics, and conducting system audits

• works closely with the development team to identify areas of system improvement and provide best practice guidance for configuration, testing, and deployment

• Resolves technical issues related to SAP systems, including but not limited to system errors, connectivity issues, and data inconsistencies

• Develops and maintains documentation related to system architecture, configuration, and processes

• Provides training and support to end users on the functionality and use of SAP systems

• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver projects while ensuring compliance with schedules and quality standards

• Learn about the latest SAP technologies and trends, and recommend best practices for system optimization and performance improvement
Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field

• At least 5 years experience as SAP operations engineer

• Proficient in SAP Basis, including installation(Basic concept), configuration and maintenance of SAP systems

• Familiarity with SAP applications such as SAP S/4HANA, FICO modules support from BASIS perspective, and Solution Manager

• Proficient in SAP HANA database management and migration(Basic concept)

• Familiar with SAP cloud infrastructure, primarily Azure

• Good problem solving skills and attention to detail

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Good ability to work independently and in a team

• Strong will to work flexibly as necessary to support system maintenance and upgrades
