主要职责:
1 Develop insurance business development strategies, rhythms, and operational plans based on the company's overall development strategy and requirements, organize and implement them, and be responsible for the results.
根据公司整体发展战略和要求，制定、组织及实施保险业务发展战略、节奏和运营计划，，对结果负责
2 Jointly develop government and shareholder resources with related units, organize business implementation and complete targets.
与相关单位共同开发政府、股东资源，组织业务实施，完成目标任务。
3 Manage BD team members, develop business processes, management system and basic laws, involving a sound business training system and regularly organizing relevant training
管理 BD 团队成员，制定业务流程、管理制度和基本规律，涉及完善的业务培训体系，定期组织相关培训
4 Participate in cooperation negotiations with suppliers and customers within the company, maintain relationships, and obtain priority support for resources, policies, and information
参与公司内部与供应商、客户的合作谈判，维护关系，优先获得资源、政策、信息等方面的支持
5 Collabrate with IT development team closely to provide and prioritize business requirement to further develop the business related system
与 IT 开发团队紧密合作，提供业务需求并确定优先级，以进一步开发与业务系统

任职要求：
1 Bachelor's degree or above in full-time education in related major，Acquisition of Insurance Broker License is a plus.
本科及以上学历，全日制相关专业，拥有保险经纪人执照优先考虑。
2 Major in insurance/actuarial, Chinese or North American actuary/associate actuary qualification are highly preferred
有健康保险/经纪及互联网经验者优先，从零开始构建完整的保险经纪业务体系及流程。保险/精算专业，有中国或北美精算师/准精算师资格者优先
3 10+ years of insurance industry experience and 6+ years of management experience in large team,familiar with various regulatory requirements and complete project implementation experience, familiar with government and corporate group insurance business team management, operation management, business analysis
10年以上保险行业经验及6年以上大型团队管理经验，熟悉各种监管要求及完整的项目实施经验，熟悉政府及企业团体保险业务团队管理、运营管理、业务分析
4 Experience in health insurance/broker and internet is preferred,build a complete insurance brokerage business system and process from scratch
有健康保险/经纪和互联网经验者优先，从零开始建立完整的保险经纪业务体系和流程
