Main Purpose of the job 职务目的：

The Industrial Program Manager is responsible for all industrial development activities of the Program and approval of the following process development activities upstream.

1. Industrial and process development工艺发展

 Responsible for the work packages execution for the Industrial Development of the Program at the Plant: industrial footprint, Plant equipment selection (new / reuse / share), Plant layout, MIFD / MIFA, industrial trials …

负责工厂工业开发项目的工作包执行:工业足迹、工厂设备选择(新/再利用/共享)、工厂布局、MIFD / MIFA、工业试验…

 Responsible for the launch planning and budget from definition till execution

负责从制定到执行的产品启动计划和预算

 Participate in the development of Make or Buy strategy in accordance with Purchasing, Program and Plant(s)

根据采购、计划和工厂，参与制定制造或采购策略

 Starting from phase 3, be responsible for HSE and ergonomic convergence in the Plant

从第三阶段开始，负责工厂的HSE和人体工程学的融合

 Define the Industrial Development support team required resources in terms of workload, competencies and profiles

根据工作量、能力和概况定义工业开发支持团队所需的资源

 Manage the Industrial Development support team to ensure Industrial Development and Plant launch readiness by conducting reviews, assigning tasks, driving accountability and preparing launch related staffing and training plans

管理工业发展支持团队，通过审查、分配任务、推动责任制和准备相关的人员配备和培训计划，确保工业发展和工厂投产准备就绪
2. Production Launch生产启动

 Management of launch activities at the Plant

管理工厂的投产活动

 Complete the Industrial Development support team with required resources (internal / external) in terms of workload, competencies and profiles

根据工作量、能力和概况，利用所需资源(内部/外部)完善工业开发支持团队

 Liaise with UAPs and PC&Ls to plan production related runs / trials

与UAP和PC&L联系，计划生产相关的运行/试验

 Coordinate the installation and launch of production equipment and tooling

协调生产设备和工装的安装和启动

 Support the production during the ramp-up after the handover

在产品移交后的爬坡过程中为生产提供支持
3. Targets and reporting目标和报告

 Leadership for all Industrial Development Program objectives at the Plant,

领导工厂所有工业发展计划的目标;

 The IPM performance is evaluated based on Program Launch Report, Launch Cost and Status, respect of CAPEX, scrap rate, PPM, …

根据项目启动报告、启动成本和状态、资本支出、废品率、PPM等评估IPM绩效。

 Ensure the Industrial Development milestones are passed successfully and on time

确保按时、成功地完成工业发展里程碑
4. VAVE Management VAVE管理

 Pilot plant VAVE projects, and responsible for all related objects achievement

试点工厂VAVE项目，并负责所有相关目标的完成
5. Others其他

 Ensure full respect of HSE rules and regulations;

确保充分遵守HSE规章制度

 Manage financeresource issues of the company within authorized scope according to the Management standard;

根据管理标准，在授权范围内管理公司的财务/资源问题;

 Cooperate with IATF16949& ISO14001 & ISO 45001system and FES operation system implement in plant

配合公司IATF16949 &ISO14001&ISO45001& FES运营体系在工厂的实施

 Other assignments given by line manager.

直线经理安排的其他工作。

Qualifications 任职资格：

1. Bachelor’s degree or above;

本科及以上学历

2. At least 3 years manufacturing management experience in Automotive Industry;

3年以上汽车行业制造管理经验

3. Basic financial knowledge is a plus;

具备基本的财务知识优先;
