Major responsibilities:
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Take
care spare part inquiry, prepare and manage spare part quotation.
· Order
handling in SAP system, check and push the pre-payment, lead time and goods
delivery, billing, and order accomplishment. (Order to Cash)
· Contract
term compliance verification with credit controller, and other relevant
teams/departments according to company’s policy.
· Sales
process support, including bidding documents, bidding deposit and etc.
· As
a contact window with service sales, collaborate with internal departments (purchase,
planner, and logistics, PTD) to expedite customer orders on time and make the
business run smoothly.
· Maintain
and update relevant master data and customer e-procurement platform.
· Provide
sales & marketing support by request.
· Work
with internal and external partner to promote service value.
· Other
ad-hoc tasks to be assigned by leader.
Candidate’s profile
Education
· University /
College graduated.
Experience
· 2+ year’s
customer service experience.
Knowledge
·
Tools & Product knowledge.
· Service
process
· SAP
experiences are considered as the advantages.
