职责描述：
Job Responsibility

1、收集客户质量信息（客户下达的指标、年度/月度绩效结果等），及时传递给直属经理和工厂。
Collect quality information(customer target，performance assessment monthly and annual)from the customer, and transfer to line manager and plant.

2、对在客户处的不良和扣分进行确认，澄清责任方；现场处理客户考核。
Judge the non-conformation and Penalty treatment at customers’ site，clarify the responsibility，deal with customer's penality.

3、对客户发出的不良反应，在客户现场采取即时围堵政策，收集准确和完整的缺陷相关信息，推动工厂内部制定纠正预防措施，验证结果，并向客户反馈。 Take containment vs the customer complain immediately, collect exact and intact information, improve internal related departments analyze the cause ,take preventive/corrective action, to validate the result, and return the feedback to the customer.

4、确认/分析客户处报废品、售后退回品，组织相关职能功能采取纠正预防措施。 Judge and analysis the scraps and warranty returns from the customers，organize the relevant department to take preventive/corrective action.

5、定期进行客户满意度调查/分析，组织对客户不满意项采取措施，并回访客户对改进措施的反应，提升客户满意度。 Investigate and analysis the customer satisfaction sense, organize to take action vs non-satisfaction items, and consult the reply to the actions from the customer, promote the customer satisfaction.

6、负责客服团队的组织、管理、绩效考核。Responsible for customer service team organization/management/performance.

7、整理并向客户质量按时提交签级资料。 Management and Submit information about qualification to customer.
任职资格：
Job qualification

1、理工科相关本科以上学历。 Bachelor's degree in science and engineering.

2、拥有3年以上汽车零部件一级供应商工作背景。More than 3 years‘work background in the1st tier auto parts supplier of automotive industry.

3、 1年以上客户质量管理经验。 More than 1 years customer quality management experience.

4、 熟悉项目标准，工具和方法。Good knowledge of Program standards, tools and methods.

5、较强的达到客户满意度的能力。Strong Customer satisfaction orientation.

6、英语可作为工作语言。 Good written and oral English skills.

7、良好的沟通能力和人际关系能力。Above average communication skills and interpersonal skills.
