Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for formulating and implementing the company's administrative management system and procedures to ensure the orderly conduct of daily administrative work.
负责制定并执行公司的行政管理制度和流程,确保公司日常行政工作的有序进行。
2. Coordinate the arrangement of the company's office environment, including the procurement, maintenance, and updating of office equipment, as well as the layout and cleanliness of office areas, to create a comfortable and efficient working environment for employees.
统筹安排公司办公环境,包括办公设备的采购、维护和更新,以及办公区域的布局和整洁度,为员工创造舒适、高效的工作环境。
3. Coordinate internal and external resources to handle daily administrative affairs such as document management, meeting arrangements, and reception of visitors, ensuring proper handling of various administrative tasks.
协调内外部资源,处理日常行政事务,如文件管理、会议安排、接待来访等,确保公司各项行政工作得到妥善处理。
4. Responsible for managing the administrative budget, controlling administrative costs reasonably, and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of administrative work.
负责管理行政预算,合理控制行政成本,提高行政工作的效率和效益。
5. Build and maintain the company's administrative support system, including employee benefits, administrative services, and event organization, to enhance employee satisfaction and sense of belonging.
搭建和维护公司的行政支持体系,包括员工福利、行政服务、活动组织等,提升员工满意度和归属感。
6. Assist in communication and collaboration among departments to promote a harmonious atmosphere and efficient operation within the company.
协助公司各部门之间的沟通协作,促进公司内部的和谐氛围和高效运转。

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Chinese, Journalism, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
全日制大学本科及以上学历,中文、新闻、工商行政管理、金融、经济等相关专业;
2. 5-8 years of work experience in administrative management, comprehensive secretarial work, or related positions in medium-sized enterprises.
具备5-8年以上中型规模企业行政管理、综合文秘等岗位任职经历;
3. Strong writing skills and language proficiency, with strong organizational management and coordination communication skills.
具有较强的文字功底和语言表达能力,具备较强的组织管理和协调沟通能力;
4. Good service awareness and sense of responsibility, with meticulous and serious work attitude.
具备良好的服务意识和责任意识,做事严谨细致认真。
