KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Formulate and implement the sales plan according to goal and strategy of SETHIC to achieve regional sales target;
2. Establish and maintain strong company to company relationship with customers and develop new business opportunities;
3. Analyze and diagnose the industry opportunities and crisis, work with cross functions to deal with diversity situation appropriately;
4. Formulate distributor phased development strategy and optimize the customers resources allocation based on a deep understanding of the distributor individual capacity;
5. Manage the team to achieve their goal as well as individual development plan within budget;
6. Work with oversea distributors to expand the business outside of China mainland;
7. As the member of management leadership team to involve company strategy and action plan setting;
KEY REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry or related discipline;
2. Minimum ten years sales experience in the personal care industry with 5+ years people management experience;
3. Good verbal and written communication skill both in Chinese and English;
4. Good of MS Office skills.
