Essential responsibilities

• Work with project team to make sure achieving the quality and delivery target.
• Define the quality and test standard for new technics parts.
• Control the project quality risks and take effective action.
• Manage the production and part qualification (qualification plan and issue tracking).
• Arrange supplier audit and manage the part quality.
• Arrange end user test.
• Manage the golden samples and limited samples for mass product.
• Manage other project quality relative issues.

Desired candidate profile：

• Bachelor' degree, 8+ years' relative working experience, people management and plant quality management experiences are bonuses.
• Supplier quality management experience.
• Ability to understand software/mechanical/hardware issues.
• Quality tool skill: FMEA, PDCA, Cp&cpk, SPC, PPAP
• Good Communication Skill.
• Good spoken & written English.
