As an integral part of Visual Content team, you are responsible to support the photography team in creating high-quality product images.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Pre-production Planning
Ø Plan and schedule product shoots, considering factors such as product categories, themes, and priorities.
Ø Collaborate with the photography team and stakeholders to understand product shooting requirements and timelines., This may involve discussing concepts, themes, and any specific needs or preferences.
Ø Generate the set preparation worksheet, communicate shoot details,
including product information, shot lists, and any specific requirements to set assistant and other stakeholders.
Ø Coordinate with the sourcing and purchasing team to ensure timely availability of products for photography.
Ø Coordinate the product samples sent to and returned from the studio.

2. Set Setup and Organization:

Ø Coordinate the in advance setup of the photography studio according to the shooting schedule, including lighting equipment, backdrops and props,
Ø Ensure the studio is clean, organized, and ready for efficient workflow.

3. Team Coordination:

Ø Schedule and coordinate the availability of photographers, set assistants, and other necessary team members.
Ø Facilitate collaboration and effective communication among team members during the shoot.
Ø Being present on set during the photography shoot to oversee and coordinate various aspects of the production. addressing any issues or concerns that arise and ensuring a smooth workflow.

4. Reporting

Ø Generate reports on productivity, efficiency, and any issues encountered during the photography process.

Requirements:
1. Understand the photography studio operation
2. Have a sense of aesthetic
3. Strong planning and organizational skills, attention to detail
4. Strong communication skill
5. Able to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
6. English languages skills in written and reading.
7. Self-motivated and proactive, willing to take responsibility
