职责描述：


1.生产跟踪 Actual output VS Production schedule follow up
2. 库存控制及物料供应控制inventory control & Material Supply Control
1)保证物料供应，满足生产所需material call off and make sure production run smoothly.
2)确保存货水平在预算内Ensure the inventory level in budget and ensure the replenishment of materials
3)与部门主管共同确认存货计划 Work together with PC&L supervisor to confirm the inventory planning
3. 制定循环盘点计划，分析差异并制定行动计划，确保库存的准确性 Execute cycle accounting, deviation analysis and formulate action plan, make sure inventory accuracy.
4. 供应商交付管理 Supplier delivery performance Management
1)提升供应商的交付水平 Promote the supplier’s delivery performance
2)月底与供应商对账check supplier’s statement monthly
3)审核供应商的送货服务 Review the supplier’s performance monthly
5. 运输成本控制Control inbound delivery cost
控制进货的额外费用 Control the extra transportation cost (inbound)
6. 完成上司交待其它任务accomplish other tasks assigned by HOD
7. 其他Others
处理部分ERP数据录入工作 Handing some data maintain in ERP
8. 附加和其它工作任务Other and Specific Missions
1)遵守健康安全环境规定 Ensure full respect of HSE rules and regulations
2)保证与部门经理和内部客户的完全和及时地沟通 Ensure transparent timely communication with logistic manager and internal customers
3)与其他职能部门的密切合作，建立强有效的内外部合作关系 Build a strong internal and external relationship with the other functions.
4)与其他主管一起参与部门绩效的提高 Participate with supervisory colleagues to improvement of department performance
5)参加早会，汇报现场绩效，成绩和问题以及正在跟进的行动 Participate to department Top5 and report production

任职要求：
1. MRP基础知识MRP mindset
2. 熟练操作办公软件proficient in Microsoft office
3. 两年以上工作经验Over 2 years working experiences in Production schedule or Supply Chain Management
4. 英语熟练Good command of English
5. 有SAP系统经验者优先SAP experience is preferred.
6. 熟悉进出口流程Be familiar with importing and exporting procedure
7. 库存管控及EOP管理技能Inventory control & EOP management skill
