1.Lead the implementation of the global ESG strategy, programs and management systems at countries of operations in APAC & US region

2.Coordinate, guide and support country of operations in the region to implement Global ESG policy and programs in line with group, legal and customer requirements

3.Track legal requirements and global trends in the area of sustainability and climate change

4.Track metrics, KPIs, and coordinate implementation of corrective actions in the region

5.Support Global Sustainability for the preparation of Group Sustainability and 6.Support country of operations for establishing CSR management system

7.Support ESG development internally through training as well as guidance and lead collaboration with third parties and other partners

8.Conduct internal audits at country of operations in the region and track corrective and preventive actions
