Main Responsibilities:
Advance supplier quality management
a, Organize suppliers and engineers to complete the technical requirements review before the project is appointed, and sign TFC
b, complete the supplier risk assessment together with the purchaser Risk assessment
c, complete the supplier quality agreement with the purchaser and sign Quality Commitment
d. Organize the start-up meeting after the supplier is appointed
e, carry out corresponding project work in accordance with APQP
f, to confirm the progress of project development, engineering changes, product quality problem optimization, etc. in a weekly meeting with the supplier
g. Organize a supplier conference before the important node of the project and invite BMW customers to participate to ensure that the information of BMW customers, Faurecia, and suppliers are consistent
h, the supplier’s buy-off audit before delivery to confirm the product version and the physical quality meets the requirements of the corresponding project stage
i. Complete supplier pre-pzs & Pzs audit together with BMW customers
tracking, promoting, coordinating and solving problems in the project process
Supplier quality management for series production projects:
a. Approval of ECR/new parts in mass production stage
b. Dealing with supplier quality issues c. Claims for supplier quality problems
d, Supplier performance evaluation & QSS system entry
e, incoming inspection control
f, ISIR approved by the supplier
g, regular supplier audit

Skill and experience:
1. Proficiency in office software operation
2. Familiar with the quality system specifications of the automotive industry and be able to use relevant specifications to audit suppliers
3. More than 5 years of supplier management experience
4. More than 3 years of BMW project experience
5. Fluent English ability.

ａ，项目定点前组织供应商与工程人员完成技术要求回顾，签订TFC
ｂ，与采购员共同完成供应商风险评估　
ｃ，同采购员完成供应商质量协议签订
ｄ，组织供应商定点后的启动会议
ｅ，按照APQP开展相应项目工作
ｆ，与供应商每周一次例会确认项目开发，工程变更，产品质量问题优化等进度
ｇ，项目重要节点前组织供应商大会，邀请BMW客户一同参加以确保 BMW客户，佛吉亚，供应商信息保持一致
ｈ，供应商交付前的buy-off 审核，确认产品版本，实物质量满足相应项目阶段要求
ｉ，与BMW客户一同完成供应商Pre-PZS & PZS审核
j，项目过程中问题点的跟踪，推动，协调，解决
量产项目供应商质量管理：
ａ，量产阶段ECR/新零件的批准
ｂ，供应商质量问题处理
ｃ，供货商质量问题索赔
ｄ，供应商绩效评估& QSS 系统录入
ｅ，来料检验控制
f ，供应商ISIR批准
g，定期供应商审核

技能和经验要求：
1.熟练操作办公软件
2.熟悉汽车行业质量体系规范以及能够运用相关规范审核供应商
3.有5年以上供应商管理经验
4.有3年以上BMW项目经验
5.熟练英文运用能力
